The Glimpse of Future Homes, Then Get to Work exhibition at Paris’ Glassbox opened March 9 and ran to March 11, 2017.
Curated by Data Rhei, the group show featured work by the project, as well as Camille Angibaud, Laura Buttons, Fleury Fontaine, Alix Gallet, Hadrien Gérenton, Monika Gruzite, Simone C. Niquille, Anna Ternon and Sophie Varin.
The press release includes a narrative written by Data Rhei that explores the in-between, with an excerpt that reads “I’m traveling to see Bae. I’m writing you from the plane again! I’m feeling more and more at home between its wings. The space within is so impersonal; the passenger has, from flight to flight, to set his world inside.”
The artists brought together question in one way or another, the pre-existing systems to display work, and exploring the exhibition as a place of the ‘Imaginary.’**
