KLAHRK is releasing album Oscillate and Shimmer via SFX on November 19, with preview track ‘E-merge Stgy’ premiering today on AQNB. Written between 2020 and 2021, the recorded is entangles the London-based artist’s computer pop and UK bass sound, previously heard on their collaborative EP with Kattie, It’s All Overkill, in 2019.

Featuring SFX label head Zoë Mc Pherson, ‘E-Merge Stgy’ starts off with a pulsating club beat, its bass-lines warping with progressive intensity over Mc Pherson’s soundscapes. The rhythm discharges into disarray, exploding into playfully transgressive atmospheres while it pummels onward at a high-intensity pace. Although this track teases a more conventional techno appeal, it’s clearly made to test the experimental threshold of the artist’s dance production while highlighting their collaborative potential along the way.**

KLAHRK’s Oscillate and Shimmer is out via SFX on November 19.
