Galtier is releasing his Terran EP via Montreal/Mexico City’s Infinite Machine on July 27, with a preview of track ‘Keepsake (Work)’ premiering on AQNB today. The Bristol-based Australian producer has dropped on other labels like NAAFI, Files Rec and Druid Cloak’s Apothecary Composition, drawing from house, techno, dubstep, and UK garage to create the good kind of globally networked hybrid club music.

The record follows the concept of a lone human, a terran, floating through space and confronting the at times crushing questions of spirituality and human existence. ‘Keepsake (Work)’, meanwhile, explores this issue of life as always incomplete and a work in progress with an insistent sub bass beat, along with higher-frequency clattering rhythms and urgent, layered signals.**
