The Hyperlink group exhibition at Athens’ Romantso ran December 8 to 14, 2017.
Curated by Athens-based project Hyperlink, the show included work by clearview, Dorota Gaweda & Egle Kulbokaite, Dimitris Gketsis, Alexandra Koumantaki, Kareem Lotfy, Eva Papamargariti, Valinia Svoronou and Yannis Voulgaris. The after party featured performances by Bill Kouligas, Lotic and Hypermedium.
An accompanying text by clearview contextualizes the exhibition by trying to “articulate something that is not yet,” “not anywhere, but somewhere.” Formed in 2017, Hyperlink is run by Dimitris Gketsis, Alexandra Koumantaki and Yannis Voulgaris. It is described as a ‘self-organized toddler’ of collaboration and new ideas through a series of events.**
