The Cały czas w pracy (‘All the Time at Work’ in English) group exhibition is on at Tarnów’s BWA in Poland, opening April 14 and running to May 15.
Curated by Romuald Demidenko, the exhibition explores work-life balance in networked and connected culture, where the physical workplace is being increasingly replaced by mobile communication, generating “new patterns of behaviour and habits, which result in being constantly on standby.”
Artists involved include Ghislain Amar, John Menick, Gregor Różański, Aleksandra Wasilkowska, and Beata Wilczek among others, and the exhibition comes accompanied by a guidebook contemplating “the habits and stereotypes of activity, creativity and time management” at newartcenter.info, as well as a performance by INDECORUM at the opening.
