With sculptures made from recycled bank notes, oil, lignite coal and polymer, Stolz’s pieces create stark representations of peace doves, a cartoonish screaming mouth, and a likeness of the Twin Towers. With this mutated iconography set against the gallery’s graffiti covered windows, the show talks to themes of time and history, replication and media events.**
