Four Bedrooms With An En Suite, A Garage & Garden In A Nice Neighbourhood, a solo exhibition by R.I.P. Germain, featuring an audio guide produced with Deborah-Joyce Holman, is on at London’s V.O Curations, running February 18 to March 24.

With installation and found materials, R.I.P. Germain assembles culturally loaded objects meticulously, to critically unpack dynamics of power, values and grief as they pertain to Black life in the UK. As noted in the press release: “Each work surfaces specific instances of Black value systems in conflict with dominant white societal norms, and takes a forensic approach to their construction.”**
