Ed Atkins‘s new work, ‘Hisser’, will be exhibited at Brussels’s dépendance, opening October 30 and running to November 28.

The work was originally shown as part of the Istanbul Biennial before coming to Belgium. Atkin’s, a multimedia artists, works primarily in high-definition 3D animation blurring the boundaries between reality and representation.

Often categorised under the broad brand of ‘post-internet’ art, Atkins featured as part of last year’s Private Setting, Art After the Internet group exhibition that interrogated the work of artists often associated but not necessarily aligned with the label.
