In celebrating its one year anniversary, artist-run workspace complex, Enclave, will be hosting Block Party over the weekend starting Friday, June 14 in it’s location in Deptford, South London. In the meantime, they’ve extended their call out for artists to this Friday, May 24, calling for submissions of installation, video, music, performances, curated stalls and anything else you can think of for their Cash & Carry exhibition.
Part fundraiser, part celebration, Block Party‘s aim is to keep Enclave going, an urban action project conceived by artist Anthony Gross and part of an on-going research project “around entropy and social enterprise”. See the Block Party Facebook page for more information. **
