Tablets? We’re well sorted for the next 12 months, and if a few hours ago several renders of the upcoming HP WebOS tablet were leaked, we’ve already seen Xooms, transformers, galaxies and many more at CES, probably a few more will come @ MWC…

The one that occupies this space today is the noteSlate … a “low cost” tablet that looks amazing … but doesn’t really offer the advantages of a real tablet…. just a modern graphic tablet with the possibility to save & share your sketches.

But hey, you have to admit it looks really good, and many of you might probably get it even as a drawing toy at such a low price.  For 99$ you’ll get probably the most basic essence of the tablet… that lasts for 180h together with a pen and your endless imagination!

It won’t be launched until this summer, and for the color versions (blue, green, red) you’ll have to wait (if the company hasn’t gone bankrupt by then) until next December for them. Oh and the multi-color version (the one just above)…? Well, it’s not even on the roadmap, they’ll probably wait and see the success of their previous models, so if you want one, better buy many of the b&w versions!

Anyhow, it might not add Android or fancy apps, or even web browsing, but again, you have to admit is one of the sexiest devices out there… maybe it has a future @ school as a note-taking device! Full specs & more info on their website.
