While we wait for his new solo-LP (it’s about time… even if we admit he’s a very busy person and released Slice&Soda last summer), Para One (Mr Jean-Baptiste de Laubier) keeps our expectations high for next year. 2011 saw the creation of his label Marble with his friends Surkin & Bobmo (born right after the dead of great Institubes), the production of Birdy Nam Nam’s 3rd album… and a large list of remixes.
Good for him! The best thing is that we know 2012 will be a year with many new releases and productions from the Frenchie, starting with his new EP “Mother” arriving on January 2, featuring the title track with a remix by Mr. Oizo and a collaboration with Surkin: “Compute”… robotic demoniac sounds you can partially stream… full versions in a couple of weeks!
