Victo is Victoria but her real name is Ngai Chuen Ching. She got her English name, Victoria, when she was in a British kindergarten and as Ngai Chuen Ching was too hard to pronounce for the foreign teachers and Victoria to weird for her Chinese classmates they all started calling her just “Victo”…

But she’s on the right track, and after wining several prizes and working for the Plansponsor magazine, AI5000 Electronic magazine…etc she was asked to do a drawing for The New York Times (on-line edition) a couple of weeks ago!

Not everyone illustrates an article at NYT you know…. so if you have time this weekend we highly recommend you visit her website & blog (where she’s uploaded a free iPod/iPad wallpaper). And obviously, as she’s a freelancer… well…. she’s very open to any work propositions 😉
