An English tonic water advertised by Brits can only be communicated as the finest & most authentic tonic water, because if someone knows anything about Gin & Tonics or soda mixers it could be a Brit…And so in 2005 Fever-tree Ltd was created by Charles Rolls & Tim Warrillow (both with luxury food & spirits background), the brand is taken from the colloquial name for the Cinchona Tree in which quinine, a key ingredient for tonic, is found.

And in only 5 years this 2 Brits  have managed to transform Fever-tree into one of the most popular tonic waters by sybarites (or pretitious…), initially selling only in Waitroise and then sold by the UK’s most select stores… Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges (although you can also find it @ Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s).

Internationally, it can be found in six out of the top 10 restaurants in the world (like El Bulli or the Fat Duck), and now tasting after tasting and award after award their tonic empire accounts 10 mixers (including Soda, Lemonade or Ginger beer), the latest… a “Mediterranean Tonic”…

…and we thought Tonics were so boring…..
