Liam Sy Paquemar is presenting solo exhibition Le Bal d’Artemis Act II at London’s The Koppel Project, opening March 3 and running to April 13.
Bringing together video, poetry and sculpture, the installation will look at the discourse of hysteria. In an effort to redefine it, the London-based artist will oscillate between “primitive symbolism, classicism and sci-fi” in search of a ‘fresh beliefs.’
The Koppel Project is an international and multidisciplinary project space, that also has a large number of artists’ studios and a two-floor exhibition space, defining itself as a ‘laboratory’ for testing and supporting new forms of contemporary art.
