Launching Net art event Les Transnomades 2013, Belgian interdisciplinary centre Transcultures is calling for proposals, closing on September 1. Running alongside digital fortnight, La quinzaine numérique, October 4 to October 6, it includes a newly announced “Art(s) in Network(s)” Mobile Awards to support net art and will also be launching the Belgian arm of the Super Modern Art Museum.
This includes “connected performances, interactive or generative installations, applications and other new connected devices” by artists who work on the internet and within networks to to create new connected art forms. See the Transcultures website for more details. **
