Constructing Ruins (Keeping it Wet)

Gray Voice Ensemble @ District, Mar 12

10 March 2016

Berlin’s District will host a production and choreography project by Julian Weber, Constructing Ruins (Keeping it Wet) with Gray Voice Ensemble on March 12.

The Constructing Ruins (Keeping it Wet) exhibition is currently running at the space, from March 3 to 23, but for the evening on March 12 the 40-strong Berlin-based choir will join the space, which the press release describes as half stage-half club. It will be a place full of sculptures, live and still, where music is played and performed, and “where the physical conditions and inter-worlds of animate and inanimate matter are explored”.

Gray Voice Ensemble have previously performed with artist Hanne Lippard and other composers.
