Curated by Domenico de Chirico, the exhibition is named after a quote from the TV crime drama mystery series Dexter and attempts to draw parallels between the modus operandi of the serial killer in question and the artist’s who aim to dissect and “explode” the process of art-making.
In an installation that exposes the sequence of events leading to a finished product, Needless to say I have some unusual habits aims to locate the extraordinary aspects of the artists’ works from a viewer’s reconstructive interpretation of objects that are based on real life but at the same time a fiction.
