London-based crit group Peer Sessions is back with its 52nd round with artists Joey Holder and Steven Levon Ounanian on February 25.
Founded in 2009 by artists Kate Pickering and Charlotte Warne Thomas, Peer Sessions is intended as a sort of educational support network for artists, curators and academics. The sessions themselves consist of presentations of new work, followed by discussions and feedback to help move the work forward.
Edition 52 with Holder and Ounanian will be taking place at the experimental artist-run space Enclave, discussing, perhaps Holder’s recent series ‘BioSTAT’ and ‘o18O – 013C’. The next round, Peer Sessions 53 with artists Rowena Harris and Ben Cove, will take place on March 26 at SPACE Triangle.

Like what you see on AQNB? We’d like to ask you for some help and encouragement by way of a monthly subscription to our Patreon. All funds raised will go directly to editorial commissioning and therefore support our contributors in their excellent work.
It is only through the dedication and generosity of everyone involved that AQNB manages to continue. More than ever we need to build a resilient space for independent media, one that works in collaboration with its artists, administrators, and audiences. Not everyone can afford to give donations we know - but if you can spare $1 a month, you like what AQNB is about and want to secure this space for the future, then please lend a hand and sign up. Thank u so much! <3
