Adventure Time (formerly known as Adventure Time with Finn & Jake) is an American animated television series created by Pendleton Ward. It is based on the animated short “Adventure Time” that aired as part of Frederator Studios‘ Random! Cartoons on Nickelodeon (Frederator are behind some of the most famous animated kid series @ Nickelodeon like The Fairly Odd Parents or Fanboy and Chum Chum).
The series focuses on the surreal adventures undertaken by two best friends and adopted brothers: Finn (a 12-year old boy) and Jake (a wise 28-year-old dog with magical powers) that dwell in the Land of Ooo…. and such surreal series needed old-style surreal title cards!
Unfortunately for us the series are only airing in the US right now… but you know… with a bit of proxy DIY, you may well get to see them.
