“I can’t take you everywhere.” London producer & artist Haich drops a deep RnB track wrought with the torment of distance

Haich (aka Harrison Bernard) shares single, ‘Peak,’ released via his own RAGS label, premiering via AQNB today. The London-based artist and producer dropped his debut EP Unbalanced in January this year, a collection of six tracks informed by a background in grime and hip hop that offers a distinctly British approach to RnB and electronica.

‘Peak,’ to follow, is an equally woozy and internal affair. Resembling the trippy EDM of post-garage pop artists like early Disclosure and AlunaGeorge — more so the soft and graceful song writing of legendary London producer Jai Paul —  the song is a melancholy account of a long distance relationship. It was written in downtown Los Angeles, with additional guitar contributions from Dylan Kid, and comes following a recent joint exhibition with Ashley Holmes, called The Teachers at London’s endangered Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre in March, where Bernard also performed.**

Haich is performing London’s Archspace on June 4, 2018.
