Curated by Isa Magalhães, the show is a LARP (live action role playing game) and included work by over 20 artists. They included Monia Ben Hamouda, Gee Vaucher, Thomas Geiger, Marian Luft, Tan Ray Tat, Chongha Peter LeeHannah Le Feuvre, Lara Joy Evans, Jake Kent, Michele Gabriele, Agustine Zegers, Tea Strazicic + Marta Strazicic and Orion Facey, among others.

The show also is accompanied by a text by Omsk Social ClubRaul Altosaar and Klara Vincent-Novotna that muses on the question: Why re-appropriate life? It seeks out the space where “life allows the human mind to be disrupted and brought into a state of the uncanny, enabling it to hack its common nodes of perception and taught identity.”**

The Fantasy Direct group exhibition was on at Seoul’s Yongma Charm Space, running October 6 to 8, 2017.
