The Sorbus artist collective is presenting exhibition Fucked Up in a Bad Way at Berlin’s KASKL opening October 20 and running to November 6.

The Helsinki-based group, who also run a non-profit art space, are formed of Otto Byström, Henna Hyvärinen, Jonna Karanka, Sakari Tervo, and Tuomo Tuovinen.

This show in Berlin follows one of the same name, happening at Helsinki’s SIC Gallery in June, and the press release outlines the same facts about punk, and a quote from Sorbus’ own Karanka: “In order to survive in the freezing black muds without oxygen crucian carps produce alcohol in their system. The question we’re asking is why wouldn’t we as humans also make use of this substance for surviving in our dark times.”

The exhibition also comes accompanied by the same trailer for the event, see below.
