Mon Chéri gallery in Brussels is bringing artist Antoine Donzeaud in for a solo exhibition titled Raise high the roof beam, carpenters, running from February 28 to April 11.

The French artist is the co-founder of the Exo curatorial program and exhibition space located in Paris and, together with his co-founder Elisa Rigoulet, publishes a book at every exhibition. His latest show comes on the heels of a joint one he did with artist Adam Cruces at Milan’s NAM project titled In the Clear, Caring, Curing.

The setting of his latest show at Mon Chéri, looks like it will be perfect for Donzeaud’s seemingly stripped down aesthetic. Some of the recent shows the gallery has featured – like Introducing Mr. Golyadkin by Graham Wilson and Floridian Gut by Dominic Samsworth – though wildly different, carry a similar existential abstraction.

See the Mon Chéri website for (limited) details. **
