It would appear that Dean Blunt has found another femme muse, following the announcement that he and Hype Williams colleague Inga Copeland are “no longer affiliated” last year. That hasn’t stopped Blunt at least from continuing to post tracks on their once shared cplnd soundcloud, now littered with the sweet-voiced sounds of Joanne Robertson.
The London-based performer first appeared with Blunt under the name on his The Redeemer album release last year and there’s certainly something to how well her vocal tones complement Blunt’s down and out warble in ‘DEF Freestyle’. An earlier release from a couple days ago, ‘50 Cent‘ is even better. **
