Not everyone is dying to get their hands dirty killing evil creatures from Diablo 3, some of us want that, and want also some heavy fine scrolling shooting. Released a couple of months ago Sine Mora is one of …

Days, weeks… hopefully not months… June sounds like an ideal release date… but nothing is officially official as of today. We’re genuinely excited for the upcoming PSN game which was originally announced at last year’s E3. Since then …

It doesn’t have to look pixelated and have an “indie” label on it to look good these days, just add an adobe photoshop filter to your whole game concept art (in this case Patchwork) and you’re set!. Although… in …

I still haven’t finished talking about this year’s Eurogamer best indie games, got left a few I forgot to mention. And even if it’s been a while now and everyone is talking about Fez’s supremacy @ Indiecade, Paris-based Tindalos Interactive title deserves some quick attention.
Maybe because I used to battle with paper-drawn ships over A4s and A3s for hours when I was a kid Stellar Impact automatically grabbed my attention a few weeks ago. Not just another space-star-wars inspired strategy game (certainly better than Spacecraft at least), although many of you may not agree. And if it is… so what, then think of it as another excuse to stay 34534 hours in front of your PC again yay!
Stellar Impact
Basically you’ll be in charge of a space battleship in intense tactical combats with team mates (think of it as a team based co-operative game) taking place in a Sci-Fi/Space Opera universe (like many others). But battleship is not about whose battleships are more loaded but about who’ll be capable of reacting and making tricky maneuvers the fastest and play collectively to win. You can play several classes.. frigate, cruiser, destroyer, dreadnought… (tank, DPS, support, recon). And you’ll have around 10 maps, 2 game modes and various skills to combine.
Stellar Impact 2
You’ll be able to upgrade your ship, change the weaponry, its crew and modules… a MOBA in space that you can play for free (demo only) via the developer’s site (you’ll have to register first). If not, we highly recommend you go for the full version for around 10€ (which includes unlimited battles).
