Whim: Reverb

↓ Whim: Reverb

Shiny shiny expensive speakers… don’t we love them? Regen (specialized in solar-powered devices) just came up with this “ReVerb” soundstation.

The ReVerb charges with an integrated photovoltaic panel that needs a 30h charge to provide 12 hours of audio from your iPhone or iPod Touch (also any other PMP with a headphone jack).

And this shiny shiny inefficient beauty (we have to admit the design is superwow) will only cost you around $2300. Unfortunately you’ll have to wait until April 2010 when it’ll start shipping.
