Graduated from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, in 1998. David’s illustrations have appeared in most of Israel’s leading newspapers and magazines but he’s gotten internationally famous for his “Vals with Bashir”.
Waltz with Bashir
In his home country Israel he was more well known for his works in a number of children’s books which led him to win the Israel Museum award for children’s book illustration in 2004 and 2008. Since 1999 he teaches animation and illustration in Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and in Shenkar School of Design .
