Don’t you wish you had a robot sidekick that moved at light speed, could get you out of any problem and lived in your pocket? That’s the question Verizon asks you for the teasing campaign launched today… a direct attack to the iPhone.

The video parodies Apple’s poppy commercials with catchy jingles calling out basically every major weakness on the iPhone but that will be present in the upcoming Motorola-Android Sholes, the latest (and hottest) smartphone using Google’s mobile OS.

The campaign is completed with a teasing site: droiddoes.com with a countdown clock for the announce of Motorola’s jewel… October the 30th maybe?
